This is not made of metal.
It's like a normal facade, but just on the lower side of the bridge, where the Ankeruhr is located, and approx. about 6 meters long.
To see it you have to "break your neck" and look straight upwards ;o)
Not sure what the sphinxes stand for, but the thing in the middle must be what the title says ;o)
I uploaded this one in maximum size to show you the details.
