Yesterday we went to the Myra Falls, about one hour south of Vienna by car, please enjoy, since there are lots more to come...
f/7.1, 4sec., filter ND8 plus ND4
Chris, I think your shutter was opened for at least some (five or more) seconds. By doing this (and the help of a tripod, lol), you've created a great image! Well done. Regards, Cornelius
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

I like the contrast between the moving waters and he stationary rocks. The texture of the rocks is visually appealing to me. Very good composition and execution.
A friend of mine works in a camera store. The other day a very
confused looking woman approached the counter and handed my friend
a camera. She said "I took pictures, but I forgot to have film in
the camera. Can you please get them out of the camera for me?"
great timing and capture Chris! You made the water look perfectly foofy for want of a better word! lol! The moss and different shades of green and brown and lighting make this image outstanding.

Several of my photos are available for purchase in larger format at Shutterpoint, and some are also available in high quality framed prints at http://djholmes.imagekind.com/
I'm a little late commenting on this, but after seeing all three in this series, I have to say I like this one the best! You've captured the water perfectly on all three, but I especially like the perspective of the stream snaking down the rocks and crashing into the pool. Very nicely done!!
I suppose long exposure time was due to two filters applied, cause the f 7.1 wouldn't normaly require 4sec, would it. I have recently struggled with some filters when taking some photos of the waterfalls in the mountains as well. Such sceneries may be a problem to capture especially when there are some bright sunlit places which contrast with the dark surroundings. You are the winner.... and the bright light refecting off the rocks surface doesn't bother us at all. This is a cracker!
