It's amazing Chris that these kind of sculptures can be found at former stables. Think the horses were impressed as well.

People either had a lot of time on their hands or they were very fond of their horses and wished for them to be as cultured as they were!! Excellent shot of this very impressive sculpture. Those are some pretty fierce looking gryphons!!

Fine shot of a classical Austrian monarchy element. Thereby the symmetry works great. I tried a version in grayscale but colored it is more impressive.
