Actually this isn't really a macro, but taken last summer (21st of July) at 300mm, f/18, ISO 200, 1/80 sec at a distance of 1.5 meters.

well still a macro I would say Chris if it is a close-up and in focus. The Sigma lens I used to have had a macro setting but I had to stand about 1mtr away for it to work. ....and this is one big bee - hope he didn't have a temper! lol! nice shot!
