I must say that i would like the image in more natural colors. And it would look great in black and white to ! But that is just a matter of personal taste, i am sure there will be lots of people liking it the way it is. Thanks for the posting though !

This is a very nice photo. I love the sky and composition. I actually think it deserves a higher C-index than what it has.

I'd photoshop out the railings and street lights to make this more dramatic. Nice colors but the rails and other stuff detract from the scene a bit.
