Swans on the New Brighton Promenade, Merseyside, boating lake. To-day has been sunny and warm (for February). The swans were mostly trying to sleep as we think the world and their dog had been feeding them all day

I just hate dirty cutlery !! A mistreated dog should try to leave a deposit on their masters best carpet, after all it's important to establish who's boss ... My gallery is here.
They're so photogenic aren't they. There's a lovely liquid feel to this with the ripples around the birds and the deep blue.
