This is a German ship taking part in The Parade of Sail of Tall Ships last Monday 21st July on The River Mersey. I admire the nerve of the young sailors up in the rigging. I couldn't do it, could you?

Another good one Steve. I especially like the cathedral in the background.

I love the vivid colors of this ship. Truly awesome. I love that sky, and like Nigel, I like that cathedral in the background.

Yikes! Well, somebody has to furl the sails... but you wouldn't get me up there... no way! Another beautiful, and different, tall ship.

So colourful - very nice and I also like the inclusion of the Cathedral in the background, its a fine building.
Those sailors up the masts - very brave methinks.
