It doesn't look nasty whatever at all. I has real appeal to it. Love the color Steve. I like the focus of the leaf next to it as well. Good post, Friday or not.

Lovely colour Steve. I'm going to hate myself for saying this, but the focus is in the wrong place - the leaf is pin sharp (and not at all unattractive) but the flower isn't. That said, it enhances the yellow 'tunnel' of the flower's throat, but I think this needed a smaller aperture or manual focus.
