Mrs B's lovely mother Nancy always used to refer to seeing "The Autumn Tints". This is a Rowan tree 10 yards from my front gate and as you can see Autumn has struck.

I really like the dark of the limbs versus the leaves. Great post and will make a great desktop evetS.

I understand rowan tree, but this is not any rowan tree. There are no berries and here we do not have red leaves on them trees but lots and lots of red berries - excuse my agitation by as I said I am acting like an addict who got a big dose of drug again[I have got back my PC after one week of repairs LOL]
Seriously, are you certain that this one is a rowan tree ? BTW I checked the Wikipedia link and it does seem to confirm my objection.
