Someone needs to teach that swan some manners. It's not polite to dribble when posing for a picture. LOL. Excellent work, again, Steve. Fabulous detail.
I was somewhat apprehensive to open this when I saw the title. I was pretty sure it wasn't playing basketball. That left only one thing. Great shot and coloring is really good. Did you shoot this in the sports mode? Just wait until he gets some age on him, then he will definitely have that problem.
One wouldn't expect this from a graceful animal. Suppose hoever that this swan had or smells a good meal Steve. Almost the same as the behaviour of people, lol.
Very good shot.

Hey, Mr. Braces... sorry I haven't been able to comment on your most recent images... but I have looked at them all and I love these recent swan pics... especially this one and the close-up of the three swans. Good work on them! Clarity and composition are all top notch. Way to go!

WOW, Steve this is an AMAZING action shot. Love all the textures of the water, lighting & colours. This really is a beautiful shot of this swan. Love the water drops on this beauty
We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"
I'd say i was speechless but there's so much to say. The clarity is fantastic. The little drops on the head, the perfect capture of the dribble... the colors, the simplicity yet attention to detail. So many things come together so nicely in this image. Soooo beautifully captured. I added it to my faves... it was in the featured images list and i didn't want to risk not finding it again to comment. Thanks for sharing such beauty with us.
