An interior shot across the main body of the Liverpool Catholic Cathedral looking at one of the side chapels and its wonderful stained glass. The white block in the centre is The High Altar and is the centre of the circular Cathedral.

There has been no boost to the colour saturation here. The Cathedral is kept quite dark and the light through the stained glass really is this bright and vivid.

Is the tabernacle in a separate chapel off to one side? Just curious. I bet the interior is something to see as a whole. Thanks for sharing, Steve.

It sorta reminds me of the Episcopal church I went to where I grew up... very modern and very dramatic.
