Think of Liverpool and what do you think of? The Mersey and its ferries, that's what. Well here it is just coming , packed out, into the Seacombe ferry terminal (that's on the other side of the Mersey from Liverpool and just a few miles from "Glorious" New Brighton). The buildings you see in the backgound are in Liverpool and are at least half a mile away.

Very clear shot of the ferry and background Steve. A nice capture of the boat and buildings.

Wonderful close-up of the ferry. The Mersey sounds like a busy place. I like the buildings in the background & would have never guessed they are a half mile away. Very well done, Steve. I enjoyed the song too.

Mountwood suits her new name and she is looking very spic and span (shipshape in fact ) I sailed on her :)
Great shot of her and amazing the background building look so sharp at that distance.
Is the Royal Daffodil still in service I wonder.
Nice to hear the song and see Gerry M looking so young.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
