As Owd Bob would say, "One from the bin." October 2008 the QE2 is on her farewell tour of Britain and this is her entering The Mersey for the last time.

I have to laugh at SAM's remarks, Caruso. I think she is correct.

People are like cameras--sometimes they lose focus.

The thing that goes the farthest, towards making life worthwhile, it costs the least and does the most, is just a pleasant smile.
It's almost impossible to view such an image without a tear in my eyes, Steve. I've spent more than 35 years of my life on (high) seas, so this image is very touching to me. Hope you'll understand, my friend! Thanks anyhow for this great image!

Loveley shot of the Queen Steve. She comes to Hamburg often - I just checked - she will be 9 times in Hamburg in 2014. She is always greeted by enthusiasts and photographers. May be I'll try to take a photo in summer.
