Looks like, "Mum, is the word," Caruso.
Those statues are very iconic.

Thanks for both your image and the link Steve. Must have been wonderful to see these statues in real on the beach of Crosby beach, all of them facing towards the sea. Great piece of art! Your detailed B&W close-up is a good entry for the challenge my friend.

Regards, Cornelius.

This set of figures has always intrigued me and I would love to see them.
I like this close-up of a single face. It must be strange for Antony Gormley to see all these reproductions of his own form.
A nice one for the BWC thanks Steve

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

Wow, amazing close up and excellent B/W. It must be amazing to see the figures in person. If you didn't know better you might stumble across them strolling on the beach and night and scare the wits out of you, especially the one that up to his waist in sadn.
