Another of Sir Antony Gormley's one hundred statues (all modelled on himself and naked!) that make up "Another Place" situated on Crosby beach (across the mouth of the Mersey estuary from "Glorious" New Brighton.

That fellow is standing a long time watching the freighters going by, lol. Wonderful composition and mood of the fog in the distance

I think this one is splendid - the glistening water and the figure standing so still (not that he has much option) The silhouette effect makes it a stand out.
