Today Merseyside was celebrating the 175th anniversary of Cunard shipping with a visit by the Three Queens. The ships The Queen Mary 2, The Queen Elizabeth and the Queen Victoria all gathered in the River Mersey to salute The Cunard Building at the Pierhead.

This image was taken on the beach by Fort Perch Rock in "Glorious" New Brighton.

In large it looks like there are 3 different cruise ships - that's one really busy port. Fantastic pano
