This is the Liverpool Waterfront which is a World Heritage Site. It calls to all Liverpudlians (or Scousers) wherever they are in the world.
Liverpudlians are named Scousers after a stew (called Scouse) that for many was a cornerstone of their diet. It is a typical working class dish that everybody prepares slightly differently and the best version of it is ALWAYS your mother's version.
If it is a good as this photo then it would be delicious.
