My competition entry was a close-up of the underside of The Lovell Radio Telescope at Jodrell Bank. This is about 30 miles or so from "Glorious" New Brighton.

Woo hoo! High-5s Steve!!

I have never seen the Lovell telescope dish, of course, but I have been to the Karl G. Jansky Very Large Array in New Mexico, which is a whole field of these amazing radio telescopes.

Very, very, very cool submission into the contest, Steve!

No wonder it made me think of an erector set, Caruso. I could get the St. Louis Cardinals on a radio with this for sure.
"Is there anyone out there?"
