Hey, Brandon....

Very fine shot of this cool looking spider. Why do you call him a writing spider? If he can write, maybe you can just ask him if he's poisonous.

You got good and close to this monster! Focus when this close can be tricky, hard to get all of the subject sharp. There are probably online websites showing pics of spiders from your region and details about them. Tell you what, I would not want that in MY shed. He He.

It is not "The powerful attack the weak." it is "The fearful attack what they fear."

Great details of that pattern he/she has, so small yet so precise. Great capture Brandon

I am fairly sure its a banana spider, Not to be confused with the Brown Banana spider (quite aggressive and dangerous) of south america, or the Golden Silk (or banana as well) spider.

Supposedly, the basic north American banana spider has a neurotoxin similiar to that of a black widow, but is far from as potent. Id say leave her. shes pretty. as long as no curious children pay her a visit, she will be no harm.

Gorgeous capture.
