This is the first picture I have ever taken of the moon. I set my camera up on the tripod, and it took me forever to get it even close to centered because when I was zoomed in that far, it was jumping all over the place. Enjoy.

Good use of the superzoom Brandon, that's much closer than I've ever got to the moon. One thing to try, for future reference when trying to get an object in the centre at full zoom. Centre it at only three quarter zoom, then zoom the rest of the way, if it's in the middle at 3/4 it should still be in the middle at full zoom, assuming you are using a really stable tripod. Even on my old S3IS the full zoom did have the tendency you refer to.
