After a new biography movie on Casanova here the real house in Venezia. In modern times, Casanova is best known for his exploits as a lover, to the point that his name has entered the English language; to call someone a Casanova is to suggest that he is an ardent and probably promiscuous lover.

Very beautiful image taken at a nice angle although the bleak corner of the sky disturbs me a little [very minor thing LOL] and very interesting commentary which I take liberty to slightly correct - the term 'Casanova' is most usually used nowadays in a humorous meaning - 'O tempora! o mores!' as some old fellow said once and died long ago LOL
High marks and congratulations.

That is one awesome building. Great photo and angle. The clarity is excellent.

It’s a marvellously ornate building. One way to control the burnt out sky is to simply crop it out. I like the angle you chose and the detail in the building.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross
