I've noticed that Robins are quite frequent in our gardens at the moment...

I just realised that our Robins [called maybe "gil"] look also different to their UK relatives. They have dark purple breasts... Maybe those are not even robins at all...
This one here looks beautiful and, for me, ominous if you mean it about the winter!

I saw our Robins getting the flock out the other day, Count B.
They don't care for winters in my neck of the woods.

Beautiful capture. Here in Florida we don't get to see Robins until winter. I miss seeing them in the spring.
