This is my entry for the How Absurd! competition. It is a cycle-path marking 150 yards from our house. The whole cycle-path is less than 10 feet (3m) long and is supposed to be two-way!. How absurd is that?
There are some absurd traffic signs in Germany too Steve. Some prankster had recently made a sign which said "Camels crossing". Nice entry for the contest.
That has been idea at first to look for such absurd things, but found mostly signs in writing and in Polish for that matter ... You have been smarter and perhaps a little more observant LOL Great idea for the contest. Absurdo completo. LOL SAM & SAAB
That looks a little like one of them...you might be a redneck if...kind of things. Oh the Southern ingenuity...oops...kinda letting my Southern heritage show. A bicycle...wuts that. That's absurd. Good un.

I imagine the person responsible for developing this idea is from that group who believes all the rest of us are morons, much like the individual who decided there should be a warning on an electric toaster, warning us not to use it in the bathtub. How absurd, indeed. An excellent entry. -Nik
If you've ever wanted to make a difference but found it hard to believe that one person could... check out the Kiva Team Caedes discussion thread and discover that anything is possible.
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
