I concur with aprilsloan though this being looks as though she is trapped in the same way as the being in 'Trapped' - rather like an ordinary young woman caught up in more than she ever knew might exitst.

I personally like multicoloured desktops a lot, but you make very interesting - indeed compelling - monochromatic images. Your backdrops are superb. I'm personally not wild about the scrollwork in this one - I think I would like to see it reflected to give vertical as well as horizontal symmetry. I do think it adds interest, though, and it isn't too fussy or visually distracting. Nice jewels in it, too, of course.

You put a lot into this and it paid off big. I like all the little details. The blends and artwork and tthe use of various elements that you manipulated. I like the color and the shadowing. Looks like you understand clipping paths and masks and work well with blending of layers. I like the scroll work because it adds just a little something to it. I'm glad you added the jewels in there. They are nice to see. Good work.

Well, Ms. Magical, you've certainly done yourself proud and Frank and cfr have gotten here long before me and given you indepth critique on this one. I have to agree with Frank's assessment of your scrollwork. I very much like it and think that it adds a dimension all its own as well as the beautiful jewel with its (your) magical touch. I wish you well with this one and you're right to be proud of all the work you poured into it. I hope I meet it in the voting booth when next I step in :)
