Hey no mud!! This is a very serene looking capture. I love the colour of the sky and its reflection in the water. It looks like it was a very quiet place to stand and reflect with ones own thoughts! Well done!

Man, that's a great looking sky, and you have really nice blues in the lake. I'll get out the rods and reels and be right down. Good work on this picture, John.
I love how the shot is so wide, it seems as it goes on forever. I also love the blue color tone of the water and sky and how everything has a reflection in the water. Nice shot.
Glad to see you clean the mud off your lens. A scene like this will do that. Just beautiful and you have an audience that's starved for spring. This makes a nice appetizer. Great photo with your usual use of light. Have a good day John.
Tranquility defined. That's the first thing that came to my mind, John. Excellent colors and composition, the subtle colors to the left and the somewhat stronger earth tones create contrasting diagonals and guide the eye right to the horizon. Excellent DOF. Love the shadings in the water inthe forefront also!

What a lovely handful of colors you've given us in this one. I'm glad to see you extracted yourself from the deep mud long enough to get this shot...nicely done.

That's a wow shot from you John, what a gorgeous range of blues!! There's such a wonderful sense of openness here, you really get a sense of scale. And so nice to see the floods and snow finally on their way out!!
