This is my Palette. A board of assorted colors waiting to be lines and curves. To make motion and emotion. To be graceful and smooth, harsh and direct. It is a Palette. It is what you see and what you believe you see. It may even be what I saw.

This is really great John. I see all kinds of things in this. An owl, an owl with a duck head on top of his, a woman with her hands in front of her mouth as if she is praying, Chevrons, darts and dartboards. I could look at this for a very long time, and probably find a gazillion different things. Not only is this a great work of art, but it is very enjoyable. My compliments.

Such a creative post Shads and Poco is right. You are a poet. Great colors and mini creations waiting to be molded. I even see some peanut butter but that will stick to a different palate. Did you know that Tommy Cooper once recorded for Palette Records? Superb work you do on this site. I believe your respite was invigorating for you.

This is very rich John, with a nice sense of balance from the two domninant shapes and lots of lovely tones and textures.

Maybe I just need some New Glasses. LOL.

Boy, you sure are coming up with a plethora of different styles and tachniques lately, John. It is good to see, I like it when people stretch their legs a bit.

I like this one quite a lot. It is indeed a palette, one that looks well used in the creation of beautiful art, and is waiting for the artist to return...

Brilliant narrative which goes with this image. You are right as everyone sees something different in it. And as Jim says you could look at it for ages and still find more to see. I can see the harsh the soft, blends of textures too. Also a pair of green eyes staring back at me!!! Our imagination is our limit and yours seems to have leapt into new realms John. Well done!

There is so much depth in this John. I have bin looking at it for some time now, and I find more and more the longer I look.
It has a lot of movement going on and the dark areas in contrast with the vivid colors gives depth. Wonderfrul work!
