For some reason it reminds me of Rich's Savage City series Shads. It also makes me think of this song.
Powerful work with this one. It looks like the girl is fighting against herself in this overpowering metropolis. It also looks like both of them have been devoured by a even larger being. Great work and faved.

I don't know what to make of this, John, 'cause I don't know what you were thinking when you created this, but I can offer two of my own impressions. One that the woman has a double personality or suffers from depression due to the stresses of modern society (the city and traffic are symbols), but has turned her back on the one thing needful (God), which in this image is represented by the life giving sun. Two she is trying to make an important decision and is torn by the various outcomes. A very thought provoking image and a lot of work went into this. Quite an interesting result. Good job on this, John.

This is pretty neat. My impression is that the girl in stoned on drugs, is having a hallucination, and at the same time is wondering why in the world she did this to herself. Good work, John.

Great image....looks of two minds....or out of body experience...love the lines and colors. Well done.

This gets to me on an emotional and personal level... reminds me of my first year attending college in Boston. Feeling lost, afraid, depressed, fractured in two... a difficult year. So I had to fave and save this to remind me that difficult things don't last forever. Just look at the bright colors and the sun shining down on the city. A most amazing image...
