"Her antiquity in preceding and surviving succeeding tellurian generations: her nocturnal predominance: her satellitic dependence: her luminary reflection: her constancy under all her phases, rising and setting by her appointed times, waxing and waning: the forced invariability of her aspect: her indeterminate response to inaffirmative interrogation: her potency over effluent and refluent waters: her power to enamour, to mortify, to invest with beauty, to render insane, to incite to and aid delinquency: the tranquil inscrutability of her visage: the terribility of her isolated dominant resplendent propinquity: her omens of tempest and of calm: the stimulation of her light, her motion and her presence: the admonition of her craters, her arid seas, her silence: her splendour, when visible: her attraction, when invisible."

"Ulysses" ~James Joyce

I like the block effect, almost making it look like a rubix cube on steriods. :)

Ohhh this is exceptional art work John! I feel as tho I am sitting inside a very special little theater that is showing works of wonderful art just for me. Such an abstract feeling, yet filling me with wonderment! A very unique piece of artwork from you. Special for sure. The colours are so delicate and bring thoughts of poetry to me. Another great creation by you.
Thank you so so much. Verena

Your abstract is as enchanting as it is mysterious... and so is the moon that JJ 'waxes' beautiful about... (he's one of my favorites)... I love the deep and restful colors and the questions hidden in its depths. Of course I had to fave.

Another wonderful 'exercise for the eyes' John. The narrative of James Joyce goes very well with it.
