Wonderful place to walk and enjoy the nature. Leaving a large area to the trail in your composition, focuses the viewer to walk and then view around. Very good lighting and depth of focus.
John - I chuckled seeing the hiking trail marker on the right. Unless there is a trail that veers off of this path, only an idiot would get lost on this hiking superhighway! lol Once again, you have given this scene a masterful look with the well controlled lighting and terrific colors. The path filling the bottom of the photo is effective. Its sweep up and to the right leads the eye through the scene, to take in the colorful trees and shrubs. Your title is intriguing. Thad
This is fantastic, John. I am particularly impressed by the sharpness all the way through the shot. The lighting and the colors are beautiful. I really like that new fence. I love the way they look when they are new, but it doesn't take long for them to weather. I had to Google the word Fallow to understand your title. LOL.
Think about the photo before and after, never during. The secret is to take your time. You mustn't go too fast. The subject must forget about you. Then, however, you must be very quick.

Thad's comment is funny, but I see a small path leading off to the right. What a gorgeous place for a walk through that beautiful nature scene taking in the sounds and smells.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
