Fall by Morning was taken a couple of years back and foreshadows what is about to be the scene across the country as we move deeper into October.

In this picture, we had raked most of Sunday afternoon, bagged the leaves up, and placed the bags out to the curb only to find our job spoiled by the continuing "fall" of leaves overnight into Monday morning.

What a fantastic treatment you John, I really like this image. I was out mowing and mulching the leaves the other day, and of course they were falling as I did so. :) =^..^=tigs♥

This reminds me of some kids waiting for the school bus or perhaps some trick or treater's out for the night Shads.
Irregardless, the lighting is superb and your POV is really good.

I really like this image as it beautifully reflects a scene from back home in the U.S. Residential neighborhoods with stacks of bagged leaves curbside. Memories as a kid, out trick-or-treating, scuffing up leaves while going from house to house. Fantastico, John!

That is usually the case...collect 'all' the leaves...and the bloody winds come!...HUH!!!

Certainly a lovely Autumnal setting here John

The colors are Beautiful and I like the depth in the scene. Even if its Beautiful there is a melancholic mood to it.
Very nice work.

"I had a kind of epiphany about it this morning. Are you familiar with Abraham Maslow, the peak experience? It's, um ... A single moment that takes you out of yourself. Makes you feel very tiny or very large. To some extent, one with life or nature or God. Like seeing all the pieces of a puzzle fit together. All this time, I was trying to fight it. Deny it. But there is no shame in this, is there?"

Excellent work bagging those leaves, John. Do you shovel driveways by any chance? :)
A fantastic looking scene and work on the image. Beautiful colours and lighting in the scene. I might have desaturated the taillights of the two cars.
