Sometimes she sat and let her mind go blank and her eyes go out of focus, so that she watched the slow, jerky movements of the motes that floated across her pupils. They amazed her as a child. Now she saw them as a reflection of how she moved, floating listlessly through the world, occasionally bumping into another body without acknowledgment, and then floating on, free and alone.

Tied to my reading lamp was a single balloon. Filled with helium, it floated in a morning sunray which slanted in through one of the high windows.
On it was a picture of my face, the eyes gone, blood running down from the ragged sockets, a scream distorting the mouth on the balloon's thin and bulging rubber skin.
I looked at it and I screamed.

The colors are beautiful in your creation, but there is a sadness that permeates throughout.

It's a pity that I can't hear the Gregorian music, because the music video isn't available in my country because of certain rights. I got this message (in the Dutch language) by checking-out the link: "Video niet beschikbaar. Deze video bevat content van earMUSIC, die deze wegens auteursrechtschending heeft geblokkeerd voor je land."
This video contains content from earMUSIC, which blocked it for copyright infringement for your country." At the time of my post of this picture, YouTube had over 10,000,000 views of this music. I do not know why it was blocked in your country and not in America or who earMUSIC may be, but thank you for attempting to hear the music on this YouTube link. Maybe you can find a link approved for your country somewhere else on the internet. ~~ John
Meanwhile I've searched for an alternative music video, and have found THIS ONE.
