Why do you go away? So that you can come back. So that you can see the place you came from with new eyes and extra colors. And the people there see you differently, too. Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving.
Terry Pratchett, A Hat Full of Sky

Like a circle in a spiral
Like a wheel within a wheel,
Never ending or beginning,
On an ever‐spinning reel
Like a snowball down a mountain,
Or a carnival balloon
Like a carousel that's turning
Running rings around the moon
Like a clock whose hands are sweeping
Past the minutes of its face
And the world is like an apple
Whirling silently in space
Like the circles that you find In the windmills of your mind!
Michel Legrand, Windmills of Your Mind

I took my love, I took it down
Climbed a mountain and I turned around
And I saw my reflection in the snow covered hills
'Til the landslide brought me down

Oh, mirror in the sky, what is love?
Can the child within my heart rise above?
Can I sail through the changin' ocean tides?
Can I handle the seasons of my life?
Stevie Nicks, Landslide

End Of The Line, The Traveling Wilburys

I remember "The Windmills Of Your Mind," from the movie with the late, great Steve McQueen. The movie came out in 1968. Another movie "Planet of the Apes," also came out in 1968 and I see Maurice Evans as Dr. Zaius when I look at the the center of your creation.
It is obvious you dream in color.
Super creation with great songs and quotes, John.

John, the song 'End Of The Line' of the The Traveling Wilburys (Jeff Lynne, George Harrison, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, Bob Dylan) is a favorite one of mine.
This doesn't imply that the other music links and the quote/poems aren't properly chosen. It's on the contrary however.
As always they're matching perfectly by the by you created splendid render.
A post to enjoy again! Thanks for that, 👍 !
