I took this shot from a ship. I would like to upload an un-manipulated shot of it but i somehow couldn't catch the right angle or the position that satisfies me. So i manipulated it in anyway that i could. I still feel the same about the shot... But at least, now i know that i tried ; ) Enjoy. Haydarpasa Railroad Terminal, Turkiye

Hello there Cem...How wonderful you were able to get this photo. The architecture is just beautiful on this old terminal. And the sky is so filled with drama. I love this photo. Dont make apologies for things you take pictures of. At least you did it and you should be proud of what you did..I think this is so lovely...thank you so much..verena

Cool sky effects! I think this is a great photo, and I would like to see the original :)
But the manipulated version is great, fantastic clarity and also a very interesting building.

I like the fact that you can see a person standing in one of the windows...with the sky all crazy above them it looks to me like they've been sucked into a vortex and are looking out going..'oh crap..'

Hehe, bubbly_pop's vortex & 'oh crap..' comment did actually crack me up. That's a really impressive building you've got there, such regal splendour for a railway terminal. I was surprised this image was taken from a ship :-) The sky's definitely dramatic, p'raps also a touch of foreboding (tho its just 3 pm). This image has a sci-fi touch, ties in well with the vortex theme from earlier. Glorious colours.

You did a very good job on this, the dramatic sky adds a lot of atmosphere to the whole image. Though I have never been in Turkey before I was surprised to read that this building shows a Turkish railroad terminal, it looks so "German" and reminds me of my hometown.
