A very creative image and wonderful work. I like the lighting effects and reflections. Very nice details, especially on the child. I see he's holding his favourite teddy bear. Perhaps needs a bit of work on the anti-aliasing on some of the lines. Great job.

I don't even know what anti-aliasing is. Even if I did, I'm not sure I'd see anything wrong with this pic. Looks awesome. I sense it would be the great start of a story.
