The hills in herefordshire are littered with little orchards. Some quite old with interesting apple varieties.

I found if I cropped the image taking out that tree on the right, and make it more Vertical/portrait...taking away those branches too

it makes the composition more eye catching..also the line of the 3 trees leads us into the distance!

I agree that it does lead you eye away, although to my eye it then feels a little crowded on the right hand side of the image. Without the hint of the tree on the right it leaves the picture sort of falling off the edge. Might be better to widen it out slightly to create a more complete scene.

I also feel the left tree is wrong as well, too close to the bottom edge.

Good idea, and thanks for taking the time to look into the image like that.

So is a good comment all about the praise or is constructive criticism a good comment. all I see is people praising each other. I would would like real comments that help me with my work. That help me take better pictures. Perhaps camera settings, setup, etc.. Your thoughts on this?

Impressive scene, the usual amazing lighting, details, composition... so very well done. This is natural, does not feel contrived... nature is like that, and your talent is consistently breathtaking.
