This picture was taken at the Bataviawerf in Lelystad, Holland. The Bataviawerf is a shipyard at which replicas are built (or are still under construction) of former Dutch merchant/war-ships from the 17th Century. This picture shows the figurehead of the Batavia, originally built in 1627-1628 and rebuilt in 1985. For more detailled information: visit the website www.bataviawerf.nl

Alweer een "masterpies" Cornelius!
Alleen jammer dat die witte toren (zendmast?) op de achtergrond er op staat!
Iets andere invalshoek misschien?
