This windmill can be found in Arnemuiden, a village near Middelburg, the Netherlands. The name of the mill is 'Nooitgedacht' ('Never thought'). The original 'Nooitgedacht' was built in 1736 and got lost by fire in 1976. The people of Arnemuiden said that the loss of their mill was unaccepable for them. Therefore money was collected and a, in 1896 built, mill was bought in Germany. After its conversion to Dutch standards, the mill was placed in Arnemuiden in 1979. The mill is still working and grinds wheat from time to time.
