Who says 'Holland' has to say 'flowers' too. Almost every municipality in the Netherlands has its own division 'Public Green'. 'Public Green' workmen have placed those discs, full of flowers, at the border of Arnemuiden, a village in Zeeland, the Netherlands, to enjoy people (so they are not for sale). Enjoy it as well.
