Think my Caedes-friend John (rozem061) gave me a hint yesterday by commenting on one of my landscape images something like: 'Not that bad for an 'old' seaman.' I don't rule out he really meant to say to me that it's time again to alter my subject matter. If so, I can't ignore this hint, lol. Hope you like it anyhow.

Cornelius, I think John was right you needed to stretch your sea legs again. Great capture. I can feel your fondness for the sea in this photo. However, don't give up some of your landlubber shots. You're good at both. Very nice post with clarity, composition and framing.

great shot. the water action is superb. i love the way the boat is turning and is throwing up the huge wake. i would have NOT wanted to be a passenger on this ride.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
