Windmill 'The Hope, in Middelburg, Zeeland, The Netherlands captured at November, 7th, 2007. Edit: I've posted some times ago an image of the same windmill. See the by John (rozem061) given link. With this image, however, I had the intention not to show only the windmill but it's (cracked) reflection too.

Beautiful setting Cornelius! This one needs to be featured on a calendar or office photo wall hanging. Excellent photo!

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Good one Cornelius. Composition is great and colors are awesome. I like the sprinkling of red from I would guess students taking a tour? There's two benches for you and Owd Bob to lay on and visit. Framing really adds with the color of water and the reflection is great. Guess I don't understand mirror on windmill, but I do detect repair work being done. I truly respect all of you that can master more than one language. I have trouble with one. Excellent work.

I love this shot. The colours are beautifully saturated but natural. And the scene is so serene that you could hang it on the wall and leave it there for a long time.
