Toorenvliedt is an old mansion just ouside the town of Middelburg, Zeeland, The Netherlands, built in 1754. It's possible that the name Toorenvliedt was derived from the old-Dutch name 'Thoornvliet' that means, when literally translated from Dutch into English, 'Stream of Wrath'. My previous post of Toorenvliedt showed the front side of the mansion. This time I went to the back side to capture it. Hope you'll enjoy this image.

Beautiful looking house and grounds, Cornelius. The colours are great with the splash of yellow from the daffodils, the gorgeous trees and that lovely sky.

"The Stream of Wrath" has turned into a lovely, peaceful stream. Very well composed view of the mansion and surroundings, Cornelius.

Just a lovely photo with such nice warm colors C. The servants entrance looks better than most houses. You are so talented with your matching frames. The green, blue and yellow make me long for spring. Excellent my friend.

This is really good, Cornelius. I love the reds in the trees, and the yellow flowers and green grass. The pond with the reflection of the mansion is really eye catching. I like the first picture, but this is even better. Very nicely composed, also.
