Think I was lucky to be able to capture another swan at its nest that close. A very carefully approach made that the, me observing and nervous, 'husband' didn't became aggressive and allowed me to 'shoot' his wife. Promised the couple to disturb them no more. Hope you'll enjoy this image.

Watch it Cornelius, don't take too many risks! :) (No, I am serious - I remember when a colleague of mine was attacked by a crazy pelican!) Lovely shot and very good composition.

Very lovely shot with great composition and colors! But it is very smart to keep an eye out for trouble...the males are very protective of their breeding females!

Such a great shot C. Don't talk about me talking to barns. You seem to have learned to speak Geesenese. I think that is what Harpo spoke with the Marx Brothers. Excellent photo my friend.

A dutiful beauty. Like Ludwig II, I have a special place ih my heart for the swan. Soon the spring hatch will bring some "ugly ducklings". Beautifully done, Cornelius.
