This is a detailed image of my Enjoy The View image. I like to give you an impression how ( relative) steep the sand dunes along the coast of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands are. Some of the sand dunes crossings (where the dunes aren't that high) are made suitable for disabled people sitting in a bath chair, allowing them to enjoy the beach as well. Hope you'll enjoy this post and thanks in advance for any given comment.

Very beautiful image with lovely colors and great perspective! It is very clear how steep they are. Í've always found that the way back to the car after the long lazy day is very hard. LOL
I also like how you captured the dresscabines... it looks like a train...

The way is rather steep down to the beach. The sand looks so clean and inviting. Nice image with good colours, Cornelius.

Ask your Congressmen and Senators why our existing wells aren't pumping more than 3 days a month? There a lot of unused capacity in existing wells.

you've shown us this beach from a unique perch. i'd love walking on the beach but would not look forward to the walk back up the stairs. i like the colors and the arch made by the cabanas.

Wow Cornelius, you can say that again about them being really steep. It's great the disabled can get there also. Anyway I love this posting and would love to be there. This has great colours and clarity plus presentation. What gorgeous sandy beach. BRAVO

Het lijkt hier wel 'Tirol', als je het strand even
wegdenkt, Cornelius!
Ik weet wel zeker dat je zelf niet op het strand
bent geweest...lol!

A lovely shot Cornelius. I've never seen dunes so steep. They will make getting the family home after a long tiring day on the beach quite an effort. I agree with Gabrielle about the beach-huts looking like a train.

Very good angle on this one Mr. C. That is very steep and sure would not want to walk up those stairs and a very hot day. I',d be panting and wanting to turn around and hit the water again. Lol!

Now I know why people lay on the beach. They need all their energy to get back to the top. Great perspective and the dressing cabins do resemble a train. Excellent post C.

Wow, your shot leaves no doubt as to the steepness of those dunes. I love the pink of the sand and the visual effect created by taking this shot from the point at which you chose to stand.
