I've told you before that every traditional windmill in Holland has its own name. I found out that windmills have their exception to the rule too as this windmill in the village of Kloetinge, Zeeland, The Netherlands, got no official name. The inhabitants of the village decided therefore to give the mill their own (nick)name. It was called 'the mill of Herdink', after the miller' s name in that time. Hope you'll enjoy this image. Thank you in advance for any comment.

Love your windmill shots Cornelius! You should make a postcard series! I had no idea that windmills had official names.

I agree with Patti. These shots are wonderful and show a Netherlands that most Brits expect ( of course we think you all wear clogs, have tulips everywhere and smoke pot! lol)

This is a very picturesque shot of the windmill. I bet if Steve could see the other side of the bushes, there would be lots of tulips there, and a doorstep with clogs on it. Don't know about the pot, though. LOL. Very nice image, Cornelius.

Absolutely clear and beautiful, Cornelius. Against the blue sky the whole structure shows up so brilliantly. Wonderful!

Great shot and narrative C. I think their nickname for the Winmill is just right. Clarity is so good The sky is perfect for this shot. Excellent.
