Is this an elkhorn sumac? I could be wrong but we have some here in here in Washington as well. They turn such amazing red colors like this one and have soft fuzzy bark.

Prettu colors. Something like a Sumac plant that we have here. I love the red and green drapey leaves. Great framing as always too.
