its a cute looking town, that church spire looks really interesting... maybe i can hibernate too if i go there! heheh. i could do with a few months in hibernation, it would do me the world of good, pity im not a squirrel!
Ich sage auch : "Ein wunderschoenes Bild" Cornelius. I like the way you have put the church spire slightly off centre and framed the picture with the tree branches.
I love the way you framed this shot at the top with the branches. That's a very interesting steeple. Looks great right where it is in the shot too....not smack dab in the middle. Wonderful colors throughout. Your pictures are always a joy to view, Mr. C.
isn't it great when the tourists go away! shots like this become possible. the brickwork is wonderful. the town looks charming. your presentation is a fine one.
Het vakantie huisje rechts op de voorgrond is wel toe
aan een opknap beurtje, Cornelius ...lol!
Dit soort foto's zie je niet op een touristen folder,
maar het geeft wel een heel andere (leuke) kijk op Veere!

Great shot C and it makes me wonder how dependent the hibernating village is on tourism. I once live is a tourist area and we were always glad to have the peace and quiet of the off season. This shot reflects that to me. Great composition. Just enough of the street to entice me for a visit.
This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.

We don’t make art to show someone what something looks like. All this requires is eyes (or a lens). Art is supposed to have meaning, emotion, power, or magic. Alan & Mario "FourThirds"
Wonderful shot of this little town! As said it is not the kind of image you would see in a tourist brochure but it is the kind of image I think that really shows the caracter of this nice cosy town.
Excellent work Cornelius.
