On a foggy January afternoon when I was hiking through wint'ry fields at the eastern part of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands, the sun 'peeped' through the mist at once. Didn't hesitate to capture this moment.

PS: thanks a lot for your supportive comment on my previous posts in this series. I have appreciated it very much and made it rather easy for me to decide to add some extra images to this series.

I love the sky and I love the earth and I love the way the smooth texture of one is so contrasting to the frosty sharpness of the other. The line where the two areas meet does show evidence of your improvement of the sky, always tough to get a "twiggy" skyline smooth so the changes are not obvious.
