Was yesterday (March 13th, 2009) in the sand dunes at the most northern part of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Neterlands and saw that the bent-grass still had its winter colour. Think the colour is changed within one or two weeks into green.

The sand and grasses look so good together C. Their soft colors make it easy to follow the opening to the beach and the water beyond. Lovely soft hue for the sky as well. It has your unmistakable touch as was mentioned before.
