After my yesterday's post I've received very good advices by your comments and with a lot of personal messages. Just great and very appreciated! They are that many that I can't simply try them all as it will cost me a week and I don't have that sufficient time, so I've tried to pick out the best ones. I've done 'high pass sharpening' on this one and it's uploaded in the PNG format. Didn't even know that this was a possibility for an image of this size (8.53MB).

Hope you'll enjoy this 6th image of my series of Rammekenshoek, a nature reserve in the south-east part of the peninsula Walcheren, Zeeland, The Netherlands. Thank you in advance for your comment.

Bestand blijft groter in MB. Fijne Zondag.. Mich

A wonderful image Cornelius. I downloaded it and tried it on 3000x1960. There is a big difference from the last one in sharpness etc. If I may make a suggestion, you could reduce the noise somewhat by using the "Dust and Scratches" under Filter - Noise. It won't reduce the quality in a landscape like this but will remove the noise on grass etc.

Take a bow. You deserve it.

Annnnnd ... but of course, thank you for sharing this one with us. :o)

p.s. To yourself, Cornelius ... and anyone else interested ... here is a good article that might provide some further understanding of the 'what', that is occurring when you do sharpening. Simply follow the other links contained in the article below to some more sharpening methods.

glad you sorted your sharpening problems out...! its always difficult to get the right amount i guess, i always use high pass sharpening myself as it seems to generate less noise.
another lovely view, i like the grasses and you have some nice light going on here.
