Bergen op Zoom is a municipality and a city in the province of North Brabant, situated in the southern part of the Netherlands, and east of the province of Zeeland.

On this 3rd image of this series, the former town hall (nowadays no longer in use as town hall) - built between 1398 en 1403 and situated on the central market square - can be seen.

When I looked at the link, there was an audio download for the pronunciation of Bergen op Zoom. It sounds like the "op" was silent. Maybe it is said so fast that I don't pick it up....anyway, another great shot of that place in Holland. I really like your composition, with the tree on the left. Another nice series, Cornelius.

Just a great scene C. I would join Dimps and have a cup of coffee as well. A lot to look at and enjoy. I love the splashes of red on the buildings. They make it so colorful.
